When a warehouse in Al Quoz handles hundreds of pallets and cartons a week, waste is no longer a small chore. It becomes a flow that has to be planned like any other part of operations. If collection is late or unclear, stacks of cardboard and pallets block loading areas, slow down trucks, and create safety risks on the floor.

Ecocleaner Recycling LLC provides bulk recycling and secure destruction services to warehouses and large companies in Al Quoz. We are a Dubai Municipality-approved company with 50+ UAE clients and more than 10 years of experience recycling composite and PET strapping. Our team is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.

What Bulk Volumes Look Like in a Warehouse

The materials are familiar, but at scale they build up quickly. Larger sites in Al Quoz typically deal with:

  • Wooden pallets, including broken, damaged, and surplus stock. See our guide to wooden pallet recycling in Dubai.
  • Cardboard and paper packaging, often in large flattened stacks. Read more about paper and cardboard recycling in Dubai.
  • PET and composite strapping, cut from inbound pallets and containers.
  • Plastic film and wrap, removed during unpacking and repacking.
  • Metal and electronic equipment, from racking changes, office refits, and retired devices.
  • Returned, damaged, or expired goods that must not go back to market.

Why One Provider Matters When Volumes Are High

Large operators often end up with a different supplier for each material: one for pallets, one for cardboard, another for everything else. Each supplier means separate contacts, separate arrangements, and separate paperwork. Working with a single recycler for all of these streams is easier to manage, and it makes it simpler to see what is leaving your site.

Strapping is usually the stream that complicates this. Once a strap is cut it cannot be reused, and it is awkward to store and hand over. Ecocleaner is one of very few companies in the region equipped to recycle composite and PET strapping, so it can be handled together with your other materials.

Planning Collection Around Your Operation

For high-volume sites, the question is not only who collects, but how it fits your day. Before you choose a provider, think about:

  • How much of each material your site produces in a typical week.
  • Where material is stored between collections, and how much space you can spare.
  • Which times work best for access, so collection does not clash with deliveries.
  • Who on your team is the point of contact.

Tell the recycler these details early, and the arrangement can be set up around your site, not the other way round. Contact us with your materials and quantities to confirm your requirements.

Documentation for Audits and Compliance

Bigger companies are asked for evidence more often: by clients, internal audit teams, landlords, and compliance officers. It helps to know in advance what you will receive. A recycling or destruction certificate is issued as applicable to the service provided. To understand how the two documents differ, read about recycling certificates and destruction certificates.

Returned and expired goods deserve particular attention. Ecocleaner offers secure destruction for items that must be taken out of circulation, followed by recycling of the recovered materials wherever possible.

Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Provider

  • Is the company approved by Dubai Municipality? Our article on Dubai Municipality approved recycling companies explains what that approval means.
  • Which materials can the company take, and are there any it cannot?
  • What documentation will you receive, and when?
  • How do you reach the team when you need them?
  • What happens to the material afterwards?
